Shipping policy

Subject to availability and upon receipt of payment, orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days. You will receive confirmation once the goods have been shipped.

If items are not currently available or need to be manufactured, you will receive correspondence advising you on revised and expected  time frames.

Please allow between 5-7 working days to have goods delivered to you. Ensure that the correct address has been provided. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf.

We have a standard shipping charge of R90 for South Africa and we offer free shipping for orders over R800

  • The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
